He uses an accountant, and a law firm who enable him and help him create fraudulent agreements and contracts.
He also uses his wife’s name on purchase contracts and uses various deregistered trusts and a company to falsify documents.

A homeless Barry is not someone who could be entrusted with real estate sellers homes or belongings. In the past agents have informed me that he has taken tv’s and bedding from properties that he has viewed.

I am glad that Justin resolved his issues with Barry Richardson. He is obviously extremely fortunate. I would also like to point out that nobody else on the site has falsified any information that has been provided. Everything is accurate. If Justin has made a mistake accept it but don’t trash a site that has helped so many people not fall prey to Barry Richardson’s scams.
Just had some info from a friend of Barry Richardson. He states that Barry is jumping up and down in a rage trying to deny all allegations about himself to clear his name with his latest girl friend. I can only say that every comment I have made can be backed up and judging by the numerous comments from other people Barry continues to commit fraud and theft on an on going basis. I am aware of the good this site has done in also saving a few innocent people from being conned. If more people would own up to being conned and report the scumbags that con them the world would be a better place. I do understand the humiliation of owning up to being conned but if it helps just one other person it has served it’s purpose. This is incorrect information. Yes he is on Facebook and it does state that he is engaged to a local Indonesian lady. This lady is not wealthy and is just Barry’s playmate. He stayed with her in a resort in Bali last year and skipped the country without paying a very large accommodation bill. He cannot go back to Bali as he would be imprisoned for fraud. He is probably drawing 2 Australian pensions as he goes under 2 names one being Barry Richardson and the other Barry Charles Morgan. He is presently around Gold Coast/Brisbane area trying to develop land near Ipswich and ripping everyone off along the way!

My Husband tells me we were at a blessing in St Paul’s Cathedral in London, and was told Barry could only have a blessing that day, because the Cathedral was fully booked for weddings. His presence at St Paul’s was granted because his Father was awarded an MBE, but he never did clarify what the award was for. I have just had a tip off about this site. I had the misfortune to come across Barry Richardson a few years ago and am aware of the harm he has done to people. Not sure how many but more recently I know he has completely ruined and financially devastated an innocent person for his own kicks. He has driven this person to suicidal thoughts and permanent ill health through his tactics of taking their life’s savings plus he has lost the person their families and livelihoods. Not sure where you are on the Sunshine Coast but I had heard Barry Richardson had problems with The Peninsula at Mooloolaba. He had been renting and getting some guy to put up the bond and rent it for him as Barry Richardson has been blacklisted and can’t rent anywhere. There are complaints about him in Qld and NSW. He has been ripping off landlords for years whilst claiming rental assistance from Centre link. Hope you weren’t stung too badly.
Barry Richardson from the Gold Coast and now Sunshine Coast along with Barry Jones a property developer of the Caboolture and north Brisbane area, have tried to purchase and tie up multiple properties, provided personal guarantees and defaulted on unconditional contracts throughout the area. They default on deposits payable, are both fraudsters, run up bills with consultants and others then dont pay. Barry Jones may sell house and land packages in north lakes north of Brisbane at inflated prices through a rent to buy scheme company and other associates. They market/target every day mums and dads through offering no deposit deals through the shopping centre booth with flashy brochures and conman lines.
I am not sure if your experience of Barry Richardson and Barry Jones are recent or from earlier in the year. It is my understanding from other scam reports on Barry Richardson that he may have parted ways with Barry Jones and that Barry Richardson is now back in the southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW. Richardson is still leaving the same trail of defaulting on contracts etc that you mention but he sometimes goes under his other name of Barry Charles Morgan. Barry Jones is still operating his business at North Lakes.
Be very careful. If you are having doubts then don’t go any further. Barry Jones has too many connections with people that are not honest such as his past connection to Barry Richardson.

Barry Lipscombe is making big headlines in the Gold Coast this week. Barry Lipscombe trades under Contrabart, and as the newspapers states is frequently changing the business name.
Barry Lipscombe and Barry Richardson have had a long association, Barry Lipscombe has frequently provided figures for Barry Richardson stating that he has large amounts of Contrabart Dollars, these figures were provided when necessary for Barry Richardson to boost his asset values on paperwork to obtain loans.
Barry Richardson and Barry Lipscombe also used the same accountant, Bod Adcock. Bob Adcock has falsified figures many times for Barry Richardson.

A search has proved that there was only a Barry Richardson in the company (a one man band) but that it lost its company status along time ago due to the Franchise Tax Board making it Suspended/forfeited. Therefore, Barry Richardson cannot legally transact business, and the organization loses its right to use the entity name. So using the name Barry Richardson CEO of Southern Cross Investments llc was just another con!
Yes, after receiving a copy of an email on Barry headed Truth Stranger than Fiction, I checked out Barry’s credentials. It turns out that the company that he is claiming that he is CEO of does not exist, just like the emails states, Badly Burnt correctly states that Southern Cross Investments llc was Suspended/Forfeited, making it illegal to use the name. (This information can be found on the internet by putting Barry Richardson Southern Cross Investments llc, an American site comes up, confirming these facts) He was involved with the company at some stage but it appears that he lost the right to use the name many years ago.
Following on from the email with all the allegations about Barry Richardson I did some of my own research, he is easily found on the internet regarding an incident with Bob Jane T-Mart Hervey Bay, where he did his usual high and mighty bit after passing a dud cheque. He ended up in court over that and was fined!

You did not mention where the accident occurred. My quess is that Barry is in the Gold Coast at the moment but he does travel around Queensland and NSW.
He does have a case number with the fraud squad in NSW as he was doing a lot of scams and frauds there last year.

Fortunately he left as quickly as he arrived and I would say possibly due to the accident he had with Suman. There must be other people out there who have had contact with this person.

I was one of the lucky people who received this email, albeit forwarded from a colleague. The email was so unusual I did an internet follow up on Barry Richardson and quickly realised that he is not the CEO of any company. Any business dealings done under the guise of Southern Cross Investments llc would be illegal.
My business is to supply loans, and this will make me even more vigilant in the future, and I will not take anybody at face value.
The consequences to my business would have been drastic, as this was an outright attempt at fraud by Barry Richardson, but on reading articles on the internet about him this is just the shoddy way that he operates, false names, dud cheques, fraud on a daily basis. Searches also reveal frightening facts about his choice of accountants.

We met a Barry Richards,when we visited Brisbane about 2 years ago,he had split from his wife whom he met in England and we attended there wedding at St Pauls Cathedral London.Our visit with him 2 years ago was only that we were in Brisbane and always full of himself about business deals.If this is the same guy thank goodness my husband did’nt fall for it.He was with a lovely German Lady at that time and now I hear he’s engaged to a Lady from Bali.

Yes, its the same Barry!!!! There is always a lady in tow that he is living off. I understand that he is engaged to a lady from Bali but he cant go back to Bali as he has run up so many debts in Bali that he would be thrown in jail over there. My Husband tells me we were at a blessing in St Paul’s Cathedral in London, and was told Barry could only have a blessing that day, because the Cathedral was fully booked for weddings. His presence at St Paul’s was granted because his Father was awarded an MBE, but he never did clarify what the award was for. Apparently, He, and his “Wife” Jane were married in Tasmania the year previously. My Husband tells me Barry met Jane at a Gym in supposedly Brisbane where she was living, not the U.K. as I first thought. At the blessing we did meet Jane’s English family, Daughter, who was the image of her Mother, but younger. There were just a few people present, Jane’s Daughters Husband, Mother, and long time boyfriend, ourselves, and the Bride, and Groom.

I have just had a tip off about this site. I had the misfortune to come across Barry Richardson a few years ago and am aware of the harm he has done to people. Not sure how many but more recently I know he has completely ruined and financially devastated an innocent person for his own kicks. He has driven this person to suicidal thoughts and permanent ill health through his tactics of taking their life’s savings plus he has lost the person their families and livelihoods. If any of Barry Richardsons family or friends are aware of this sight and read this please have the decency to stop him destroying others as you are obviously aware of his wrong doings.

Not sure where you are on the Sunshine Coast but I had heard Barry Richardson had problems with The Peninsula at Mooloolaba. He had been renting and getting some guy to put up the bond and rent it for him as Barry Richardson has been blacklisted and can’t rent anywhere. There are complaints about him in Qld and NSW. He has been ripping off landlords for years whilst claiming rental assistance from Centre link. Hope you weren’t stung too badly.
Barry Richardson from the Gold Coast and now Sunshine Coast along with Barry Jones a property developer of the Caboolture and north Brisbane area, have tried to purchase and tie up multiple properties, provided personal guarantees and defaulted on unconditional contracts throughout the area. They default on deposits payable, are both fraudsters, run up bills with consultants and others then dont pay. Barry Jones may sell house and land packages in north lakes north of Brisbane at inflated prices through a rent to buy scheme company and other associates. They market/target every day mums and dads through offering no deposit deals through the shopping centre booth with flashy brochures and conman lines.

I am not sure if your experience of Barry Richardson and Barry Jones are recent or from earlier in the year. It is my understanding from other scam reports on Barry Richardson that he may have parted ways with Barry Jones and that Barry Richardson is now back in the southern Gold Coast and Northern NSW. Richardson is still leaving the same trail of defaulting on contracts etc that you mention but he sometimes goes under his other name of Barry Charles Morgan. Barry Jones is still operating his business at North Lakes.

Barry Lipscombe is making big headlines in the Gold Coast this week. Barry Lipscombe trades under Contrabart, and as the newspapers states is frequently changing the business name.
Barry Lipscombe and Barry Richardson have had a long association, Barry Lipscombe has frequently provided figures for Barry Richardson stating that he has large amounts of Contrabart Dollars, these figures were provided when necessary for Barry Richardson to boost his asset values on paperwork to obtain loans.
Barry Richardson and Barry Lipscombe also used the same accountant, Bod Adcock. Bob Adcock has falsified figures many times for Barry Richardson.

His falsified figures are still in circulation showing Barry Richardson has assets of over $6000,000 when Bob Adcock is aware that Barry Richardson assets are nil. Bob Adcock would have been aware that Barry Richardson was posing as CEO of Southern Cross for years and he was aware that the details on Barry Richardsons drivers license were false.
I received a very “strange” email from Bob Adcock after telling him that the Police were aware of these facts. The “strange” email was an offer to introduce me to someone who could help me.
Further information has come to light. Barry Richardson states that he is the CEO of Southern Cross Investments llc.
A search has proved that there was only a Barry Richardson in the company (a one man band) but that it lost its company status along time ago due to the Franchise Tax Board making it Suspended/forfeited. Therefore, Barry Richardson cannot legally transact business, and the organization loses its right to use the entity name. So using the name Barry Richardson CEO of Southern Cross Investments llc was just another con!
Yes, after receiving a copy of an email on Barry headed Truth Stranger than Fiction, I checked out Barry’s credentials. It turns out that the company that he is claiming that he is CEO of does not exist, just like the emails states, Badly Burnt correctly states that Southern Cross Investments llc was Suspended/Forfeited, making it illegal to use the name. (This information can be found on the internet by putting Barry Richardson Southern Cross Investments llc, an American site comes up, confirming these facts) He was involved with the company at some stage but it appears that he lost the right to use the name many years ago.
Following on from the email with all the allegations about Barry Richardson I did some of my own research, he is easily found on the internet regarding an incident with Bob Jane T-Mart Hervey Bay, where he did his usual high and mighty bit after passing a dud cheque. He ended up in court over that and was fined!
Has anyone out there any more stories on this guy as he appears to have been getting away with criminal behaviour for a very long time.

You did not mention where the accident occurred. My quess is that Barry is in the Gold Coast at the moment but he does travel around Queensland and NSW.
He does have a case number with the fraud squad in NSW as he was doing a lot of scams and frauds there last year.

An interesting article on The Gold Coast. From personal experience please add the name Barry Richardson to the long line of Gold Coast Scammers. He is an Australian with a criminal history in America. Also he has many debts in both countries.
Further information on Barry Richardson includes also going under the name Barry Charles Morgan. He had a social security number and unpaid driving offenses in America under this name. He is using fabricated financial figures drawn up by his accountant R T Adcock to state that Barry Richardson assets are $6,378,621.60 the accountant knows that Barry does not have any assets. These figures are in circulation and are constantly being used to con people.

I too had the misfortune of crossing paths with Barry Richardson when he scammed his way into an apartment I manage. Fortunately he left as quickly as he arrived and I would say possibly due to the accident he had with Suman. There must be other people out there who have had contact with this person.

I was one of the lucky people who received this email, albeit forwarded from a colleague. The email was so unusual I did an internet follow up on Barry Richardson and quickly realised that he is not the CEO of any company. Any business dealings done under the guise of Southern Cross Investments llc would be illegal.
My business is to supply loans, and this will make me even more vigilant in the future, and I will not take anybody at face value.
The consequences to my business would have been drastic, as this was an outright attempt at fraud by Barry Richardson, but on reading articles on the internet about him this is just the shoddy way that he operates, false names, dud cheques, fraud on a daily basis. Searches also reveal frightening facts about his choice of accountants.
